Adelphi have bottled this whisky from an undisclosed Highland distillery after 12 years of maturation in first-fill sherry casks. A small batch of only 2293 bottles and full of those big sherry flavours of dried fruits, dark chocolate and coffee, with some lighter fruit elements. Delivered at a flavoursome 55.2% ABV.
