Cancellation is generally only allowed 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot by contacting our customer service hotline. During the day of delivery, no cancellation is allowed. Last-minute cancellation will draw a $20 cancellation fee, to factor in for logistics cost involved.
Please take note that your order cancellation is confirmed upon receiving a response from our customer service team if you have emailed us or if you have spoken to someone through the phone who have assisted and confirmed your cancellation. 
Returns are generally not allowed but are subjected to terms and conditions (damage upon delivery, special event consignment, change of mind). Please contact our office directly for more information.

      1. Cancellation of 1h/4hr express delivery will require a $20 SGD for compensating our logistic service
   2. Next-day/Advance
      1. Cancellation is only allowed 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot
      2. During the day of delivery, no cancellation is allowed, last min cancellation requires a $20 SGD cancellation fee
   3. Self-pick up
      1. Cancellation is only allowed 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot
      2. Cancellation during the day of pick-up will be charged for $10 SGD , to compensate for the reservation of goods

Refunds Policy

Please note that refunds will take 7-14 business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on the respective bank's processing time.
