| Shindo Distillery was established in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture in 2021. Based on the concept of "pursuing originality," the distillery continues to take on unique challenges, such as thoroughly crafting new make spirits using its own yeast and aging in various types of casks. For this bottle, the blend was decided after visiting the distillery and trying many samples. It is a limited edition single malt for Three Rivers, blending 40% unpeated malt aged in Mizunara oak casks, 40% peated malt aged in bourbon casks, and 20% unpeated malt aged in bourbon casks. | |
