This Premier Cru white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay grown in the Fourchaume vineyard near Maligny, northern Chablis. Domaine Seguinot-Bordet has been producing wine in the region since 1590, with vines now averaging 45 to 60 years of age.

The domaine ages the wine stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, while lees contact provides depth. The Kimmeridgian limestone soils give it its hallmark minerality and saline edge.
