DISTILLED 11th November 2013 AND BOTTLED 14th March 2025 The cask yielded only 203 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength 63.6% This lightly peated distillate from the Northern Isles is famous for its heather honey character. Fully matured in a first fill bourbon barrel for layers of sweetness and vanilla. One of only 2 malt whisky distilleries in Orkney helps to narrow down the identity of this mystery malt. Also as the only distillery on the archipelago that produces spirit with a smoky character, helps to narrow down even further. Fully matured in a 1st fill bourbon barrel providing lots of sweetness combined with a huge ABV of 63.6% combines to feel like Haribo Tangfastics whapping around the inside of your mouth, teeth and gums! |
