A bottling of Highland Park from Signatory Vintage's Imperial Proof collection, matured in first and second-fill oloroso sherry hogsheads imparting rich dried fruit notes alongside the Orkney distillery's signature heather honey character. Similar releases in the collection were exceptional value, and we'd expect this to be the same.
