COLOUR: Untouched authentic pale gold
NOSE: Immediately, some intense hints of peat smoke nicely
kick in. Something both vegetal, saline and woody like a
bonfire going out slowly on a beach.
PALATE: The mouth brings us to a Mediterranean landscape
next to the pool with a plate of Parma ham, and a fresh carpaccio
with a drizzle of freshly picked lemon. Be careful to watch out for the barbecue it is smoking hard.
FINALE: Rich and mellow. Marked by sweet toasted barley
and an ashy aftertaste.
