Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. Pale straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. It has the typical fruity bouquet of apples with banana and peach. Fresh, velvety, aromatic. Ideal as an aperitif and starters, vegetables and salads.
