Distilled at Mannochmore in 2013, this single malt spent the next dozen years maturing, including a 14-month finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. The cask was opened by James Eadie in 2025, independently releasing 284 cask strength bottles. |

Nose Hugely rich and complex: conference pears and pink lady apple flavours balanced beautifully by the PX influence of toffee crisp, figs and candy floss. Taste A summer fruit salad, with plenty of cream and a topping of maple syrup. Finish Very long, dried currants and raisins with almonds in the background.
