Another one ticked off our list of distilleries we had still to bottle and another local site too. Potentially the site of the beginning of the distillation of Scotch, the distillers are focussing on a traditional style of spirit. We are honouring that focus by showcasing the very well made light and fruity make paired with a fresh bourbon barrel allowing the spirit to shine..
