This 2026 Single Malt limited edition is crafted from a generous selection of key malts, featuring whisky aged in bourbon barrels and finished in apple brandy casks, alongside spirit matured in re-charred ex-shochu casks and finished in white wine casks.

Additional layers of complexity are introduced through sherry casks and a subtle hint of peated whisky, all refined through a slow dilution process to achieve a mellow, rounded depth.

The whisky opens with gentle floral aromas. On the palate, it reveals a soft sweetness reminiscent of yuzu bean paste, followed by a long, soothing finish with lingering notes of grapefruit and a touch of sea breeze.

Arome: Orange blossom, Apple peal, White grape, Beach vitex(flower)

Palate: Vanilla, Yuzu paste, Honey, Apple brandy. 

Finish: Grapefruit, apple peel and a gentle lingering spring sea breeze.
