Kanosuke Single Malt Peated is a limited-edition whisky with a soft, profound smoky flavor. It uses extra-long fermentation and is matured in shochu-re-charred and Manzanilla casks for a mellow taste, citrus notes, and bacon-like umami.

Nose: Cassis, caramel, honey butter, baguette, gentle katsuo dashi (bonito stock)

Palate: Quince candy, pear, kumquat compote, smoked bacon, rock salt candy, kinako (roasted soybean flour)

Finish: Tart quince and faint bitter citrus, beckoning the next sip
