Nose : Gorgeous and fruity. The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of pudding or Creme Brulee, with a hint of woody oak. Palate : Honey-like consistency and a cookie-like aroma. Slightly sour, dried fruit flavor and grain sweetness. Finish : Woody and pleasant astringency from the barrel lingers. |
