One of 2 ‘Myosotis’ releases in this outrun and yielding only 68 bottles, here we have a classic ’sherry bomb’! Although flavour profile is dominated by the sherry butt, the distillery character still remains through its orange and marmalade notes, complimented by some spice and herbal characteristics offered by the cask. The offset in the distillation date is due to this spirit sitting a drum for over 4 years.
