Founder of the renowned Signatory Vintage distillery, Andrew Symington has run the Edradour distillery since 2002. Founded in 1825 under the name Glenforres by farmers from the Perth region, it celebrates its 200th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, the independent bottler is dedicating a duo to the distillery's two single malts, Edradour and Ballechin. Supported by a perfectly integrated oaky character, this particularly sunny version demonstrates remarkable maturity of expression throughout the tasting. A true fruit basket, its aromatic and flavor palette is also interspersed with tangy sequences full of freshness.
