This artisanal mezcal is crafted through double distillation from “espadin” agaves certified as “organic.”

It is one of the few traditionally produced mezcals made continuously, providing the Del Maguey range with a “classic” reference: the result is exceptional and recognized as one of the five best mezcals in the world!

Nose : Evocative! Unfolds a whole range of animal and farm scents. Precise notes of leather, barnyard. It opens up to more mineral notes of hydrocarbons. Vegetal hint, undergrowth.

Palate : Lively, offering a slightly sweet attack that immediately opens up to smokiness. Its animal character dominates with clear notes of tar.

Finish : Strong return of the farm aromas from the nose.
