A rich, sweet single malt from Deanston, distilled in 2002 and matured in recharred casks before being finished in oloroso sherry casks from organic producer Robles. Aromas of sweet cereal, prunes, figs and vanilla mingle with red fruits and buttercream icing on the nose. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, tobacco and iced gingerbread, followed by fig, citrus, raspberry and a medley of spices.
