Part of the The Fortuna Meritas Collection, The The Dalmore Dominium Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a wonderfully flavoured whisky matured in ex-Bourbon American white oak casks then aged in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks. 

The resulting whisky has aromas of sandalwood, sweet fruits, honey, lemon tart, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice. Flavours of black toffee, sherry soaked raisins, and banana cake flow across the palate. This continues through the finish with treacle tart, Oxford marmalade, pineapple, dates, and ginger spice.
