25 years is an impressively long ol' time, we're sure you'd agree. Well, Dalmore has gone and matured this whisky for that impressively long ol' time! As is the style for the distillery, this expression features whisky aged in an intriguing array of casks, including ex-bourbon casks, tawny Port pipes, and even casks that previously held 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry.
Nose: Exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee and fig cake.
Palate: Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles.
Finish: Maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
