Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees.

With a deep ruby color, our Burgundy Pinot Noir 2020 expresses captivating aromas of black fruits, and floral notes such as peony and violet. The palate is dense and structured, with soft tannins. The finish is fresh and vibrant, with a pleasantly refreshing minty note.

Maturation: 16 months in 20% new French oak barrels
