This single malt from Caol Ila is brought to us by independent bottler Signatory as part of its 100 Proof Editions. Distilled in 2015, the whisky spent nine years maturing in a host of first and second fill oloroso sherry butts until it was bottled without added colour or chill filtration at a robust 57.1% ABV in 2025.
