Nose Liquorice, bonfire embers, burnt marshmallow and roasted chestnuts. Dried tobacco leaf. Taste Really well baked apple with burnt demerara sugar and a meatier, prosciutto flavour behind. Finish Very long, tangy finish. Slightly peppery, salty and ashy. |
