A smoky Islay dram shaped by a first-fill sherry butt and bottled at cask strength. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025, this Spirit of Scotland release shows Caol Ila at its darker, meatier end of the spectrum, where maritime smoke collides with rich fruit and savoury depth. It's non-chill-filtered, natural colour, and limited to 613 bottles. |
