A 2007 vintage Caol Ila bottled for the 225th anniversary of Nickolls & Perks, presented under Gordon & MacPhail-s spectacular Connoisseurs Choice range label. This Islay single malt was drawn from a refill sherry butt in April 2022 after being matured for over 14 years, which has resulted in an exceptional flavour profile. Just 352 bottles were produced, presented at natural cask strength, and without chill-filtration. |

Nose: Aromas of lemon drizzle and ash give way to cured bacon and bonfire embers. Palate: Notes of orange peel and maraschino cherries with lashings of smoke, complemented by a hint of liquorice. Finish: Bonfire embers linger with underlying citrus. |
