Released exclusively for Selfridges, this single cask whisky from London's Bimber distillery was treated to a lengthy finish in an ex-Gonzales Byass Oloroso sherry butt, before being bottled at 51.5% ABV. As a result, this cask has imparted an extraordinary character and full-bodied spice. 936 bottles were drawn from the cask.
