Bright orchard fruits, floral notes and vanilla sweetness on the nose, with gentle spice and fresh oak adding depth and definition. Citrus and pineapple develop with air alongside subtle white pepper. The palate is medium bodied and well balanced, with a lingering finish of aniseed that stays with you pleasantly long after the glass is empty.
