Distilled at Aultmore in 2010, this single malt spent the next 14 years maturing in a single re-charred hogshead. The cask was opened by independent bottler James Eadie in 2025, releasing 294 bottles for the Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland series.

Nose

Dates, prunes and toffee, alongside thick honey and a touch of mint.

Taste

Well rounded and creamy, as peaches, apples and prunes are lifted by a light peppery flavour.
