Clean and bright, straw yellow with golden edges. High aromatic intensity. Memories of flowers and white fruits, honey, figs and applesauce, combined with aromas of toast and dried fruits. After a sharp attack due to the freshness that marks its excellent acidity, we find honeyed and unctuous sensations that give a high meatiness. In retronasal there are a multitude of floral nuances, giving way to smoky aromatic memories and a great fruity expression.
