This was dig out from a hotel's warehouse, in Sentosa. It was originalIy from Le Meridien Sentosa Whisky Bar and after their closure the bottle left in the hotel's air-conditioned warehouse. Things to be aware: >Old bottling might have broken cork, and this has some damages to the label. You can remove the cork with toothpicks or screw. Videos: HERE |

Nose:Ā Initially acacia honey but then opening up to apricots, bananas and pears. With time a floral elegance presents itself. Palate:Ā Sweet but cut with warm spice. Lemon zest announces itself with the addition of water and a slight saltiness plays with this dram's sweet character. Finish:Ā Seville orange, Sauternes and an ounce of honey in a crisp finish. Overall:Ā Yet another successful cask-finish from this island distillery. |
