Lady of the Glen is an independent bottler founded by Gregor Hannah, whose aim is to convey each cask's complete story. Its selected whiskies are bottled without dilution, colouring or chill filtration, refined through careful cask management and finishing.

Ardmore 12 Year Old 2013 is finished in a refill Oloroso quarter cask. Peat smoke meets red apple, burnt toffee and herbs, with gentle sherry influence and a powerful but balanced character.

Nose: Fresh red-apple skin, toasted sweetness from burnt toffee, smoked herbs and soft oak.

Palate: Full-bodied baked apple and toffee with herbal peat smoke, tightened by gentle Oloroso-cask spice.

Finish: Medium to long, with soft smoke, burnt toffee, dry oak and smoked herbs.
