Redbreast Lustau Sherry Finish was a unique collaboration between Bodegas Lustau and Midleton Distillery. Mashed malt, unmalted barley and triple distilled in a copper pot still to create a smoother expression.And then finished in the finest (That's what everyone says :P) Oloroso Sherry in Bodega Lustau.

Tasting note
Nose: Herbal, dark fruits, dates, figs and toasted oak
Taste: Smooth (Thanks to the triple distilled, Yay!), spice and sweet sherried flavour. Vanilla shortbread and dark fruit with a creamy texture.
Finish: Long, vanilla, raisin and caramel.
