Beautiful straw yellow in colour. Its nose is very fine with white flesh fruit aromas. The woody notes are very harmonious and bring a nice complexity reinforced by the minerality. The attack is very frank with a good acidity. The mouth is ample and fleshy, with a nice structure and persistence. This reminds us that Fourchaume is the neighbour of Chablis’ Grands Crus.
