Bottled at cask strength, the 2023 Cellar Aged Release combines spirit aged for 11 and 12 years, in casks initially stored in the distillery's traditional warehouses, before being transferred to its limestone cellar for further ageing, allowing deep, rich, complexity of flavour to develop. |
