The sixth and final release in The Macallan Harmony Collection showcases how careful cask selection can shape flavour. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team selected whisky matured in sherry seasoned American oak and bourbon casks to bring forward the naturally occurring coconut character found within the wood. Inspired by Fresh Coconut was bottled at 46.3% ABV. The presentation box is made using paper containing discarded coconut fibres, continuing the Harmony Collection’s exploration of repurposed organic materials. A playful and distinctive final chapter for the series, and a fine demonstration of how The Macallan can find something unexpected within its familiar house style. |

NoseFresh coconut and coconut milk, followed by zesty lime, lemon peel, and orange. Mango and papaya emerge alongside vanilla, almond, sweet oak, nutmeg, and cinnamon. PalateSweet lime and lemon sponge with vanilla icing, desiccated coconut, and coconut milk. Dried tropical fruit and gentle oak spice develop underneath. FinishSweet oak, citrus zest, vanilla, and lingering coconut, with a softly spiced finish. |
