James Eadie was a brewer and whisky blender in the 19th century. Today, his great-great-grandson, Rupert Patrick, has brought the historic brand back to life as an independent bottler, continuing the family’s legacy in the world of whisky. This Jura was aged for 13 years, followed by an 11-month finish in a European oak Oloroso hogshead. It offers elegant notes of apple, sultana, and toasted almond, delivering a well-balanced and characterful profile. |
