James Eadie was a brewer and whisky blender in the 19th century. Today, his great-great-grandson, Rupert Patrick, has revived the historic brand as an independent bottler, continuing the family’s enduring whisky-making legacy. This whisky series from James Eadie commemorates a historic series of articles celebrating the distilleries of Scotland, Ireland, and England, recently revived by James Eadie in a limited edition of 1,000 copies. This Craigellachie whisky was finished for 11 months in two European oak Amontillado sherry hogsheads. |
