Nose: Brambles and candy opening the aromas on the nose, some orchard fruits like apple and hard pears, toasted oak giving off a hint of charcoal, almonds and honey. 

Palate: A rich seem of vanilla and honey at the front of the palate, sweet fruity notes of apples and a creamy citrus, with summer fruits like peach, subtle mango and apricots, barley sugar twist candy, soft date and sultana, delicate spices and crack black and pink pepper, some almond and tangy smooth fruits in the finish.
