A blend of 45.5% Merlot, 44.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc, the 2022 Clos du Marquis has a deep garnet-purple color. It charges out of the gate with notes of crème de cassis, plum preserves, and juicy blueberries, followed by wafts of dried roses, fertile loam, and unsmoked cigars. |
