| Oolong tea and lit charcoal brick. Amongst the embers, damp mulch and thick Autumnal air with wisps of sea spray and blackberry jam. Overripe plums and black pepper precede cinnamon and dark chilli chocolate dipped into espresso. Leather and liquorice draw long into the finish. |
