The Macallan has collaborated with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca (from El Celler de Can Roca, which has three Michelin stars, we'll have you know) on a smashing single malt with a decidedly chocolatey flavour profile. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan worked with Roca as well as Casa Cacao chocolatier Damien Allsop on this expression, which is made with whiskies aged in sherry-seasoned European oak casks and sherry-seasoned American oak casks.
