Another fantastic addition to Signatory's indie Un-Chillfiltered Collection – 13 year old single malt from Speyside's Linkwood Distillery! This one was distilled in May 2008 and allowed to mature in a pair of hogsheads for 13 years before bottling in June 2021.

Nose: Zesty citrus, currant buns, plums, and baking spices.

Palate: Blueberry waffles and roasted hazelnut, lemon balm, and oaken vanilla.

Finish: Popcorn and buttered oatcakes with marmalade, lingering spice with anise, pepper, and nutmeg.
