The spotlight is shone on the Carta Blanca bottle which is Bacardi's version of the white rum.
A white rum is usually defined as a light-bodied variant of rum with a soft, sweet taste. Most use cases for white rum will be in light & refreshing cocktails like the Mojito and Daiquiri!

Bacardi Carta Blanca's Tasting Notes
Nose: Delicate citrus notes
Palate: Clean and dry, slightly sweet with an array of citrus fruits
Finish: Smooth and clean finish with lingering notes of black pepper
Overall: A very clean and delicate rum that is smooth with no alcohol burn. Delicate taste of citrus all round makes it easy on the mouth but no special character to speak of.

Bacardi & Coke
The most classic way of drinking rum- mixed with coke. It seems foolish for us to share how to make it but we promise that this classic combination will not go wrong!
The recommended amount to mix is 2:1. Two parts of coke for every 1 part of the Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum. A 100ml + 50ml mix is perfect for 1 serving!
We would recommend serving in a highball glass with with ice. Pour the rum in followed by the chilled cola and give the mix a gentle stir.
Frozen Daiquiri
An amazing cocktail for our sweltering all year round summer heat, the Frozen Daiquiri will cool you right down in the middle of a hot day!
Ingredients required:
- 50 ML Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
- 25 ML Lime Juice
- 25 ML Simple Syrup
- 3/4 Cup of Crushed Ice
- Slice of lime (for garnish)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until a slushy consistency forms.
Serve the frozen Daiquiri in a cocktail glass, garnish with lime and enjoy!
Skinny Mojito
One of the most well known cocktails in the world, for good reason! A refreshing cocktail perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients required:
- 50 ML of Bacardi Carta Blanca
- Half a lime cut into wedges
- 8 Mint leaves
- Club Soda
Press the mint with a bar spoon to release the oil.
Add the Bacardi Carta Blanca rum, lime juice and mint to a highball glass.
Add crushed ice almost to the top and churn the mix.
Finish by adding a splash of club soda and crushed ice.
