It embodies all the fragrance and mineral taste of the Asolo hills. Pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights and fine perlage. Very fruity bouquet, sapid taste, completed by a dense creamy foam. The low residual sugar content makes it suitable to accompany all the courses during the meal.
