From Signatory's long-running Un-Chillfiltered Collection independent bottling range comes a 12 year old Mortlach single malt. This expression was distilled back in 2009 and matured in a pair of hogshead casks for a dozen years, before eventually being bottled up at 46% ABV in 2021 – of course, with no chill-filtration whatsoever.

Nose: Herbal crackers with a hint of salted butter, roast walnuts, some fruity sweetness along the way.

Palate: Dry touches of smoke and malt, with orange peel and a little brown sugar for balance.
