Caol Ila single malt is always a popular pick for independent bottlers. In this case, the Islay whisky was distilled in 2014 and then spent 9 years in a pair of Italian Amarone wine barriques. It was bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants to pay tribute to Dalgety Bay, which the independent whisky bottler calls home.
